New starter - Gareth Pugh

We are proud and excited to welcome Dr. Gareth Pugh to FluxSys Ltd.

Gareth brings a wealth of experience to the team from his 15+ years of experience in the electric and hybrid powertrain systems arena having worked as a Principal Engineer, Project and Programme Manager for 20+ projects and more recently as a Head of a Chassis department. He has worked on a variety of exciting and challenging projects over the years ranging from clean sheet powertrain designs through to optimisation of existing systems on both road and track, acquiring (alongside his team) a number of industry-first, race-first and world-first technical achievements.

He joins us as Operations Director and will be playing a key role in FluxSys' continued growth. His experience will be well utilised here at FluxSys and will further bolster our company's capabilities for the benefit of our customers.

New Starter - Mike Cresswell 

FluxSys welcomes Mike Cresswell who joined the team as Mechatronics Engineer at the start of this month. Mike has recently graduated from Warwick University where he studied Mechanical Engineering, having previously worked in FluxSys as part of the undergraduate #WarwickSummerInternship programme last summer

APC Awards FluxSys Ltd a place on the TDAP Wave 3 Programme 

FluxSys Ltd is pleased to announce that the Advanced Propulsion Centre (APC) have selected our electrified powertrain systems engineering software project on Wave 3 of the TDAP Programme (Technology Developer Accelerator Programme).

Out of all the applications from UK SMEs, FluxSys have secured one of 15 places on the third wave of this structured 18-month grant-supported programme. TDAP is designed to help fast track low emission technologies towards commercialisation. Uniquely, this programme provides both business planning and technology development support in addition to grant funding.
